Alan Shires
Alan Jeffrey Shires (born 29 June 1948) is an English former footballer who played as a winger in the Football League for Southend United and Colchester United.
==Career==

Shires was released from Colchester in the summer of 1968, subsequently joining Chelmsford City. He also appeared for Southend Manor.〔
